Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates to improve strength, coordination and alignment with a focus on core stability and postural control. Zoe’s mat Pilates classes feature creative and flowing sequences to strengthen and stretch the body in a safe, controlled and low impact manner. Her lessons focus on core strength, skeletal health and kinesthetic principles, rooted in a mindful approach to health and movement.
