Private instruction can range from one-on-one to small group sessions in your home or office. Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs and wellness goals, and is appropriate for beginners to advanced students. Drawing on pilates and yoga techniques to create vigorous, restorative and/or therapeutic classes that can vary from week to week, private sessions can work toward a particular fitness goal, physical rehabilitation or simply offer relaxation and balance.
