Vinyasa Yoga is defined as the linking of breath with movement. Influenced by her practice of dance and choreography as well as 13 years of yoga study with a focus in ashtanga, Zoe’s yoga classes feature unique and thoughtful physical sequences designed to warm, align, strengthen and open the body. Through precise verbal cueing and hands-on adjustments, Zoe focuses on alignment, the breath and mindfulness to guide and deepen one's practice. In addition to vinyasa, Zoe also teaches ashtanga, chair yoga, and restorative classes, as well as workshops for children, dancers and seniors.
